William Stanley Stewart

William Stanley Stewart, 67, of Stephens City, VA, passed October 1, 2022.  He was born on November 22, 1954.   

William  is survived by a daughter, Tessa Carpenter of Warrenton, VA; two sons: Steven Stewart of Middleburg, VA and Brian Stewart of Front Royal, VA; a sister, Joyce (Franky) Wines of Winchester, VA; two brothers: Rev. Leroy H. (Nancy) Stewart of Stephens City, VA, and David Stewart of Manassas, VA; two grandsons: Jonathan Owens of Warrenton, VA, Jaxson Stewart of Front Royal, VA; a granddaughter, Mollie Wright of Warrenton, VA; two uncles: John Payne of Woodbridge, VA, and Warren (Candice) Payne of Berryville, VA; five aunts: Mary Payne of The Plains, VA, Mary Scott of Dale City, VA, Carolyn Short of Manassas, VA, Thelma Stewart of Winterbille, NC, and Ossie Holmes of Falls Church, VA. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Franklin and George Stewart and a sister, Pauline Rebecca Payne.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 8, 2022, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at Mt. Olive Baptist Church, 2932 Atoka Road, VA, 20140. Rev. Leroy H. Stewart will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Mt. Morris Community Cemetery, Hume, VA.
