Russell Harry Rowe, Jr., 83, of Warrenton, VA, passed April 21, 2021.
 
He was born on February 12, 1938, and was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce E. Rowe.

Russell is survived by a son, Michael Timothy Rowe of Chicago, IL; a brother, Steve Rowe of Bristow, VA; two sisters: Peggy (Sayeed) Mohammed of Rockville, MD, Eileen Rowe of Colorado Springs, CO.
 
A private graveside service will be held at Warrenton Cemetery.
