Robert Douglas Taylor

Robert Douglas Taylor, 78, of Warrenton, VA, passed January 3, 2025.
 
He was born on October 26, 1946, and was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Avery Taylor.

Robert is survived by a son, Robert D. (Molly) Taylor, Jr. of Alexandria, VA; three daughters, Yolanda (Lloyd) Cropp of Culpeper, VA, Erica Weaver of Texas, and Paula M. Ray of Alexandria, VA; three sisters: Rosetta D'Antignac of Manassas, VA, Christine (Rev. Philip) Lewis of Marshall, VA, and Pamela Taylor of Hartford, CT; and a brother, Horace (Eula) Taylor of Monroe, NC.
 
Family will receive friends on Monday, January 20, 2025, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at First Baptist Church, 39 Alexandria Pike, Warrenton, VA, 20186.  Rev. Dr. Dwayne Brown will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Bright View Cemetery, Warrenton, VA.
