Richard Jennings Jenkins

Richard Jennings Jenkins, 86, of Amissville, VA, passed April 5, 2025.   He was born on September 9, 1938.  .

Richard is survived by six daughters: Lia D. Henderson of Amissville, VA, Sharon Rene Hogan of Culpeper, VA, Lovi (Joseph) Washington of Midland, VA, Dale (Leroy) Mason of Chesterfield, VA, Sabrina (Marcus) Gundros of Culpeper, VA, Anita Garrison of Manassas, VA; six sons: Ronald (Carolyn) Jenkins of Culpeper, VA, Brian Jenkins of Woodridge, VA, Bruce Jenkins of Midland, VA, Darryl (Karen) Jenkins of Culpeper, VA, Glen Jenkins of Gainesville, VA, Derik Jenkins of Amissville, VA; one sister, Melissa D. Foster of Washington, DC; 33 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Doris Elease Jenkins; a son, Garland Anthony Jenkins, and a daughter, Vanessa Elease Ward.
 
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at, Faith Christian Church, 6472 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, VA, 20187.
 
Interment will be in Hollywood Cemetery, Bealeton, VA.
