Richard Mason Carter

Richard Mason Carter, 70, of Warrenton, VA, passed March 13, 2025.
 
He was a member of  First Baptist Church, The Plains.

Richard is survived by a son, Anthony (Monica) Lambert of Yucca Valley, CA; and a sister, Betty Ann Julius of Marshall, VA. He was preceded in death by his father, Taylor Junior Carter;  his mother, Alberta Carter and brothers: Turner and Tommie Carter  

Family will receive friends on Saturday, March 22, 2025, from 11 am until 12 pm with funeral services starting at 12 PM at Poplar Fork Baptist Church, 5366 Old Auburn Road, Warrenton, VA, 20187. Rev. Leonard S. Morton, Sr. will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in First Baptist Church Cemetery, The Plains, VA
