Rev. William Franklin Swann, Sr.

Rev. William Franklin Swann, Sr., 90, of Middleburg, VA, passed October 14, 2025.  He was born on July 27, 1935.   

He was the pastor of First Ashville Baptist Church, Marshall, VA for over 40 years.

Rev. Swann is survived by a daughter, Diane C. Lewis of Marshall, VA; one sister, Ollie Lee Hall of Middleburg, VA;  3 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.He was preceded in death by his wife, Sylvia Jean Swann, and a son, William F. Swann, Jr.
  
Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 25, 2025, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at Faith Christian Church, 6472 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, VA, 20187.  Rev. Philip C. Lewis will deliver the eulogy.

Interment will be in Swann Family Cemetery, Marshall, VA.
