Rev. Monec Katrina Kelley

Rev.  Monec Katrina Kelley, passed on October 18, 2025.  She was born on August 26, 1960, at Fauquier Hospital near her hometown of Catlett VA, and had devoted her life to ministry for 20+ years.  

Rev. Kelley is survived by her mother, Mary Frances Spears, and her uncle, Joseph C. Hackett, Jr. both of Leesburg, VA; and a host of cousins, other family and friends including her caretaker, DeMariaus Thomas.  She was preceded in her death by her father, Kenneth Bernard Kelley and stepfather, Charles Spears.

The family will receive friends on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 11 AM until 12 PM with funeral services starting at 12 PM at Oak Shade Baptist Church, 3287 Old Catlett Road, Catlett, VA.

Interment will be in the Oak Shade Baptist Church Cemetery.
