Rashad is survived by his mother, Takisha Payne of Manassas, VA; Step Father, Levi Payne, Sr. of Manassas, VA; three sons: Jaylen Thompson of Bealeton, VA, Ryshawn Thompson of Warrenton, VA, Honor Thompson of Bealeton, VA; three daughters: Ry'Onna Thompson of Manassas, VA, Honesty Thompson of Bealeton, VA, Harmony Thompson of Bealeton, VA; Sister, Keyshaun Webster of Woodbridge, VA; four brothers: Levi Payne, II of Manassas, VA, Jahblessedus Thompson of Gainesville, VA, Le'Marae Payne of Manassas, VA, Marcquis Payne of Arlington, VA; maternal grandfather, George Horton of Barbousville, VA; and his maternal grandmother, Elaine E. Ball of Culpeper, VA.
