Piper is survived by her husband, Lloyd Quinton Grant, Jr. of Manassas, VA.
Family will receive friends on Monday, January 14, 2019, from 11 am until 12 pm with funeral services starting at 12 pm at First Baptist Church, 4195 Loudoun Ave., The Plains, Virginia, 20198. Minister R. Dulany Washington will deliver the eulogy.
Interment will be in private.
