Phyllis Jane (Holland) Tapscott

Phyllis Jane Tapscott, 89, of Washington, DC passed on January 20, 2021.  She was born June 12, 1931.

Phyllis is survived by her husband, of 68 years, Edmond Tapscott, Jr. of Washington, DC; four sons: Edmond A.  (Janis) Tapscott, III of McLean, VA, Michael R. (Pam) Tapscott of McLean, VA, Stephen J. Tapscott of Washington, DC, Kevin Llyoyd (Wallicia) Tapscott of Falls Church, VA; a daughter, Sharon Tapscott (Bill) Campbell of Atlanta, GA; three brothers: Col. James Holland of MD, Maurice Holland(deceased), Stanley (Dorothy) Holland of MD; three sisters: Mabel Holland Hill of MD, Vivian Holland Johnson of FL, Bessie Holland Silver of MD; 4 grandchildren: Billy Campbell, Christina Campbell (Rahil) Rather, Logan Tapscott, Mikey Tapscott;  and 2 great-grandchildren: Theo and Zain Rather. 
 
A memorial service and Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday, June 12, 2021 at Wesley United Methodist 
Church, Connecticut Avenue, Washington DC
