Phyllis Williams Fowler

Phyllis Williams Fowler, 67, of Wilkesboro, North Carolina, passed December 16, 2025.  She was born on February 15, 1958.   
  
Phyllis is survived by her husband, Granville W. Harris of Wilkesboro, NC; one son, Richard Fowler of Warrenton, VA; one daughter, Raeya Bollouk of Petersburg, VA; her parents: James “Benny” Williams and Cecilia Williams of Delaplane, VA; one brother, Rodney Williams of Delaplane, VA; three sisters: Saundra Williams of Bealeton, VA, Bonita Proctor of Odenton, MD, and Cassie Wilkins of Delaplane, VA. 
  
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2026, 2:00 pm, at Beulah Baptist Church, 3124 Beulah Road, Markham, VA, 22643
