Percy Wilbur Rowe, Jr., 89, of Warrenton, VA, passed August 27, 2020.
He was born on May 18, 1931, and was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Rowe.
Percy worked for many years for the City of Falls Church.
Percy is survived by a daughter, Eunice Minor of Warrenton, VA; one grandchild, Gilbert L. Slaughter, Jr.; and a great-grandson, Joshua L. Slaughter.
A private graveside service will be held.
