Mary Robinson Puryear

Mary Virginia Robinson Puryear, 95, of Woodbridge, VA, passed June 17, 2023.  She was born on August 26, 1927.

Mary is survived by three sons: Michael, Steven and David Puryear all Manassas, VA, three daughters: Stephonia Hunter of Dumfries, VA, Linda Puryear of Alexandria, VA, and Mary Simpson of Fredericksburg, VA; two sisters: Denise Holt and Michelle Robinson both of Landover, MD; a brother, Cecil Robinson of Alexandria, VA; and an abundance of grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by husband, Eugene Puryear; her parents: William and Katie Robinson; her brothers: William and Louis Robinson; her sister, Lillian Barnes; her adopted daughter, Theal Turner, and a grandson, David (Bing) Puryear.
 
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 12, 2023, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11am at Crossroads Baptist Church, 5811 Hoffman Lane, Bailey Crossroads, VA 22041. Rev. Matthew Pearson will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Pleasant Valley Memorial Park, Annandale, VA.
