Marquis D'Shawn Minor, 25, of Manassas, VA, passed September 9, 2020.  He was born on October 27, 1994.   

Marquis is survived by his mother, Angela R. Carter and step father, Anthony Carter of Haymarket, VA; his father, Shawn Fludd of California; two brothers: Christian and Mason Carter of Haymarket, VA; and his maternal grandmother, Rose M. Minor of Alexandria, VA and his grandparents: James and Mary Carter of Manassas, VA.
