Lucy Foutz Obituary

Lucy Foutz, 83, of Culpeper, VA, passed July 30, 2024.

Lucy is survived by son, Gregory A. Foutz of Culpeper, VA; and a daughter, Didre R. Monroe of Warrenton, VA. She was preceded in death by a son, Kelvin Andre Foutz.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 24, 2024, 11:00 am, at Joynes Funeral Home, Inc., 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, Virginia, 20186.
