Louise Rowe Obituary

Louise Virginia Rowe, 86, of Warrenton, VA, passed November 27, 2025. She was born on December 25, 1938, and she was preceded in death by her husband, James Horace Rowe.

Louise is survived by her nephew, Jason L. Carter of Manassas, VA and other cousins, relatives and friends.
