Kelvin Andre Foutz

Kelvin Andre Foutz, 54, of Warrenton, VA, passed February 19, 2019, at Fauquier Hospital, Warrenton, VA.  He was born on October 14, 1964.   

Kelvin is survived by his mother, Lucy Foutz of Warrenton, VA; one son, Kelvin Snider of NC; one sister, Deidre R. Monroe of Warrenton, VA; and a brother, Gregory A. Foutz of Culpeper, VA.
 
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, February 27, 2019, 11 am until 12 pm with funeral services starting at 12 pm at  Mt. Zion Baptist Church-Warrenton, 33 S. Third St, Warrenton, Virginia, 20186.  Rev. Michael Sanford will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, Virginia.
