James Mason Sheppard

James Mason Sheppard, 79, of Jeffersonton, VA, passed April 7, 2019, at his residence.  He was born on September 13, 1939.  

James is survived by his wife, Catherine R. Sheppard of Jeffersonton, VA; five sisters: Louise Sheppard of Woodbridge, VA, Anita Bland of The Plains, VA, Mamie Sheppard, Sarah (Lewis) White and Virginia Lewis of all of Jeffersonton, VA; and two brothers: John and Clarence Sheppard both of Jeffersonton, VA.  He was preceded in death by a son, Roger Mason Sheppard and a brother, Wilbert Sheppard.

Family will receive friends on Friday, April 12, 2019, from 10 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, Virginia, 20186.  
Rev. Ed Gray will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Sheppard Family Cemetery, Jeffersonton, Virginia.
