James Benjamin Williams, Jr.

James Benjamin Williams, Jr., 91, of Delaplane, VA, passed December 31, 2025.   He was born on October 6, 1934.   
  
James is survived by his wife, Cecelia M. Williams of Delaplane, VA; one son, Rodney E. Williams of Delaplane, VA; three daughters: Cassie Wilkins of Delaplane, VA, Bonita (Gus) Proctor of Odenton, MD, Saundra Williams of Bealeton, VA; 8 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by a brother, Robert Williams.

Family will receive friends on Tuesday, January 20, 2026, from 9 am until 10 am, with funeral services starting at 10 am Beulah Baptist Church, 3124 Beulah Road, Markham, Virginia, 22643. Rev. Michael Ferguson will deliver the eulogy.
  
Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, VA.
