Gertrude Davis (Sanford) Grant

Gertrude Davis Grant, 92, of Marshall, VA, passed May 29, 2022.  She was born on June 29, 1929.   

Gertrude is survived by a son, Darrell E. (Joyce) Grant of Marshall, VA; two daughters: Zandra (William) Carmichael of Marshall, VA, Kathy Trammel of Manassas, VA; 8 grandchildren; Great 6 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren.  Her husband, Edward Nathaniel Grant and a daughter, Darlene Grant preceded her in death.

Family will receive friends on Saturday, June 11, 2022, from 10 am until 11:00 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at Mt. Olive Baptist Church-Rectortown, 2932 Atoka Road, Rectortown, Virginia, 20140.  Rev. Robert M. Grant, Jr.  will deliver the eulogy.
