Georgia Elizabeth (Carter) Scott

Georgia Elizabeth Scott, 82, of Warrenton, VA, passed September 29, 2025. 
  
She was born on November 7, 1942, and was preceded in death by her husband, James M. Scott. 

She was a member of First Springs Baptist Church in Warrenton.

Georgia is survived by four daughters: Kim Martin of Warrenton, VA, Martha L. Carter, Cecilia M. Scott, Cynthia Scott all of Manassas, VA; five sons: Ricky Scott, Michael Scott, and Kevin Carter all of Warrenton, VA; Jimmy "Pepper" Scott of Manassas, VA, and Larry Scott of Martinsburg, WV; two sisters: Agnes Collins of Warrenton, VA, and Susie Carter of Gainesville, VA; 30 grandchildren; and 34 great-grandchildren.
  
Family will receive friends on Friday, October 17, 2025, from 9 am until 10 am with funeral services starting at 10 am at Faith Christian Church, 6472 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, VA 20187.

Rev. Errol Siders will deliver the eulogy.
  
Interment will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, VA
