George Sharp

George Sharp, 86, of Warrenton, VA, passed October 15, 2020.  He was born on February 10, 1934 and was an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran.

George is survived by his wife, Lucy Jackson Sharp of Warrenton, VA; three daughters: Audrey Fletcher and Lydia and Kimberly Dawn Sharp all of Amissville, VA; a son, Guy (Leslie) Sharp of Glen St. Mary, FL; one granddaughter, Kimberly Nicole Sharp of Bealeton, VA; and two grandsons: Guy Sharp, II of Clarksville, TN and Marcus Sharp of Tyson's Corner, VA.
 
Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 22, 2020, 7:00 - 8:30 pm, at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, VA, 20186.  A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 23, 2020, 11:00 am, at Mt. Morris Community Cemetery, 5342 Leeds Manor Road, Hume, VA, 22639.  Rev. Dr. Donald Reid will deliver the eulogy.
