Evelyn Elizabeth Blackwell-Allen

Evelyn Elizabeth Blackwell-Allen, 76, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed September 21, 2024.   She was born on December 12, 1947.  
 
Evelyn is survived by two sons: Anthony Douglas Garnett of Midland, VA, and David (Adrienne) Blackwell of Bealeton, VA; her mother, Hilda Mae Blackwell of Midland, VA; as cousin-sister, Joyce M. Johnson of Rocky Mount, NC; her former husband, Thomas C. Allen of Fredericksburg, VA; four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
 
Family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 11 am until 12 pm with funeral services starting at 12 pm at Ebenezer Baptist Church, 4487 Ebenezer Church Road, Midland, Virginia, 22728.  Rev. George Coghill, Sr. will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, Midland, VA.
