Ethel Elizabeth (Glascoe) Sayles

Ethel Elizabeth Sayles, 92, of Bealeton, VA, passed December 25, 2020.
 
She was born on December 22, 1928, and was preceded in death by, her husband, George Charles Sayles and a son, Charles W. Sayles.

Ethel is survived by six sisters: Kathleen Brock of Reva, VA, Martha Hoffman of Reva, VA, Alice (William) Gray of Norman, VA, Laura Thompson of Madison, VA, Genevieve Glascoe of Capital Heights, MD, Linda (Preston) Washington of Fredericksburg, VA; a brother, William (Louise) Glascoe of Ft. Washington, MD; three granddaughters: Margaret (Joseph) Miller of Upper Marlboro, MD, Tiffany (Phillip) Summerfield of Tulsa, OK, Dawn Sayles of Moncks Corner, SC; 5 great grandchildren; and 2 great-great grandchildren.
 
A visitation will be held Saturday, January 2, from 10 am until 11:30 am at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, VA 20186. Graveside services will follow at St. James Baptist Church, 7353 Botha Road, Bealeton, VA 22712.
