Ernestine Lee (Washington) Cook

Ernestine Lee Cook, 83, of Manassas Park, Virginia, passed November 18, 2023.  
 
She was born on June 21, 1940, and was preceded in death by her husband, Mancy Cook, Jr.

Ernestine is survived by five daughters: Martha Marie (Curtis) Lewis of Lithonia, GA, Joyce Ann (Jessie) Terry of Manasas, VA, Nancy Lee (Chris) Shepard of Warrenton, VA, Carolyn T. (William) Penn of New Bern, NC, Robin L. (Frank) Joaquin of Manassas Park, VA; one son, Mancy S. (Linda) Cook; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
 
Family will receive friends on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 12 pm until 1 pm with funeral services starting at 1 pm at Shiloh Baptist Church, 15055 Stevensburg Road, Brandy Station, VA, 22714.  Rev. Reese Washington will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in St. James Baptist Church Cemetery, Bealeton, VA
