Ella Mae (Payne) Baltimore

Ella Mae Baltimore, 56, of Fredericksburg, VA, passed March 17, 2024.   She was born on October 29, 1967.   
 
Ella is survived by her husband, Howard Baltimore of Fredericksburg, VA; four sons: Justin Payne of Savannah, GA, Dwayne A. Baltimore of Culpeper, VA, Thomas Baltimore of Winchester, VA, and Howard Baltimore of Front Royal, VA; three daughters: Adrienne Baltimore-Stewart of Woodbridge, VA, Ashley Baltimore-Stewart of NC, and Lakita Baltimore of Lumberton, NC; six brothers: Edward Payne of Alexandria, VA, Larry Payne of Alexandria, VA, Milton Payne of Manassas, VA, Ernest Payne of Manassas, VA, Avon Payne of Leesburg, VA, and Melvin Payne of Springfield, VA; two sisters: Edith Tequzibirwaj of Alexandria, VA, and Brenda L. Stringfellow of Bealeton, VA; 19 grandchildren; and host of aunts and uncles.
 
Family will receive friends on Friday, March 29, 2024, from 12 pm until 1 pm, with funeral services stating at 1 pm at Salem Baptist Church, 4172 Rosstown Lane, Marshall, VA, 20115.  Rev. Leroy H. Stewart will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment will be in Mt. Morris Community Cemetery, Hume, VA.
