Durmia Levy Marshall

Durmia Levy Marshall, 81, of Alexandria, VA, passed May 17, 2020.   He was born on May 1, 1939, and was preceded in death by his wife Hortense Marshall.

Durmia was an honorably discharged U.S. Army veteran and worked as a retired firefighter for Arlington County Fire and Rescue where he served for over 20 years.

Durmia is survived by his sister, Pearl Lambert of Alexandria, VA; a brother, Nelson Marshall of Elizabeth City, NC; sisters in law: Rachael (Lee) Marshall and Gloria Jean (Irving) Marshall both of Warrenton, VA; and many other relatives and friends.
 
A private graveside service with military honors will be held at the Baker-Marshall Family Cemetery in Warrenton, VA.
