Dorothy Jane (Howard) Carter

Dorothy Jane Carter, 85, of Front Royal, VA, passed December 25, 2020.   She was born on July 13, 1935, and was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Carter.

Jane  is survived by four daughters: Delores C. (Decker) Tapscott of Warrenton, VA, Doris A. (Otis) Gaskins of Manuta, NJ, Judy C. (Greg) Cook of Bristow, VA, and Betty J. (Reggie) Frye of Culpeper, VA; one son, Clarence C. Carter of Front Royal, VA; one sister, Rebecca King of District Heights, MD; one brother, James Howard of Berryville, VA; 26 grandchildren; and 52 Great Grandchildren.
 
A visitation will be held on Monday, January 4, 2021, from 11 AM until 12 PM, at Faith Christian Church, 6482 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, VA 20187.  The funeral service following will be private.  Services will be streamed live at www.gotfaithnow.org
 
Interment will Tuesday, January 5, 2021, at Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, VA.
