David is survived by his brother, Steven L. (Maria) Hill of Warrenton, VA; three sisters: Beverly (Lance) Thomas of Philadelphia, PA, Jacqueline (Bruce) Cave of Warrenton, VA, and Deborah (Bernard) Sharp of Warrenton, VA.
