Arthur L. Cook

Arthur L. Cook, 97, of Hume, VA, passed June 5, 2025.    He was born on November 3, 1927, and was preceded in death by his wife, Bertha Washington Cook.

Arthur is survived by a daughter, Diana Cook of Hume, VA; two brothers: Calvin (Annie) Cook and George Cook both of Flint Hill, VA; a sister, Maude Cropp of Bealeton, VA; and one grandson, Eddie Turner of Hume, VA.
  
Family will receive friends on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 11 am until 12 PM with funeral services starting at 12 PM at Joynes Funeral Home, 29 N. Third St., Warrenton, VA, 20186.
  
Interment will be in Mt. Morris Community Cemetery, Hume, VA.
