Arthur Lee Banks, Jr.

Arthur Lee Banks, Jr., 56, of Bealeton, VA, passed August 14, 2021.  He was born on July 14, 1965.  He graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College where he played football and was member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity.

His love of family was shown by the formation of the BFC (Banks Fishing Crew).  BFC was established in 2011 with his children to document their many fishing trips.

Arthur worked as an insurance account manager for State Farm Insurance Company.

Arthur is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Bargeloh-Banks of Bealeton, VA; two sons: Thaddeus Banks and Xavier Banks both of Bealeton, VA; a daughter, Peyton Banks of Bealeton, VA; two sisters: Cassandra Banks of Bealeton, VA, Aretha (Johnny) Johnson of Cincinnati, OH; and a brother, Rayshawn (Stacey) Kimbrough of Virginia Beach, VA. 

Family will receive friends on Saturday, August 21, 2021, from 10:30 am until 12 pm with funeral services starting at 12 pm at Manassas Church of Christ, 8110 Signal Hill Road, Manassas, Virginia, 20111.  Barry Bryson and James Redicwill deliver the eulogy.  The service may be viewed by live stream via the Manassas Church of Christ website or Facebook page.  Masks are required for those attending in person.
 
Interment will be in Bright View Cemetery, Warrenton, VA.
