Arlene Barbour Pope, 71, of Woodbridge, VA, passed May 29, 2020, at Mary Washington Hospital, Fredericksburg, VA.  
 
Arlene is survived by her husband, Melvin Pope of Woodbridge, VA; her daughter, Gloria Pope of Woodbridge, VA; two sisters: Margaret Diamond of Linden, VA, Carolyn Scribber of Woodbridge, VA; four brothers, Allen Barbour of Fredericksburg, VA, Ray Barbour of Miami, FL, James Barbour of Woodbridge, VA, Glen Barbour of Dale City, VA; 2 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
 
Family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 16, 2020, from 10 am until 11 am, at Mt. Calvary Baptist Church, 4325 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax, VA, 22030. Local gathering restrictions and requirements will be in place.  Funeral services will be private for immediate family members.  Rev. Dr. Spencer F. Isaac will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment at Quantico National Cemetery will be private.
