John Summers Obituary

John Benjamin Summers, 84, of Linden, VA, passed January 4, 2019, at Skyview Springs Rehab and Nursing, Luray, Virginia. He was born on December 17, 1934.

John was retired after many years as a custodian for Fairfax County Public Schools.

John is survived by two sons: John B. Summers, Jr. of Riverside, CA, Edward H. Summers of Linden, VA; two daughters: Brenda Jones of Woodbridge, VA, Gisele L. Summers of Front Royal, VA; one brother, William Summers of Oklahoma City, two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Elizabeth Summers; two sisters: Anna Wall, Mary Jackson; and two brothers: Robert and David Summers.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
