Joe Lewis Washington, 66, of Woodbridge, VA, passed January 20, 2019, at Brookside Rehab and Nursing Center, Warrenton, Virginia.

He was born on March 31, 1952, and was preceded in death by his wife, Lucille Virginia Washington.

Joe is survived by his sister, Ernestine Lee Cook of Manassas, VA; two brothers: Roy Edward Washington of Reston, VA and Robert Stuart Washington of Manassas, VA.

Interment was private.
