Andre Maurice Grace

Andre Maurice Grace, 46, of Manassas, VA, passed July 4, 2019, in Glassboro, NJ.   He was born on December 23, 1972.

Andre graduated from Stonewall Jackson High School in Manassas, VA in 1991. He honored our country with eight years of distinction as an Army 88M Motor Transport Operator.  The patriotism he learned in the Army never left him.  Andre savored the moments and did it with a smile.  He was a good-natured jokester that enjoyed going rounds with family and friends about anything, but especially sports. Andre was an enthusiastic sports fan through-and-through for his favorite teams: the Dallas Cowboys, the Duke Blue Devils and the Philadelphia 76’ers.  

Andre is survived by his wife, Kimicoe U. Grace of Central Islip, NY; three daughters: Kahlea Grace of Central Islip, NY, A’ishah Grace of Ft. Hood, TX, Tanae Grace Yates of Richmond, VA; a son, Kahleed Grace; of Central Islip, NY; his mother, Stephanie Mack (Alfred) of Manassas, VA; his father, Douglas Clellan (Helen) Moore of Stratford, NJ; nine sisters: Dawn Demby of Sicklerville, NJ,  Tawanna Archie of Cherry Hill, NJ, Chena Hampton of Philadelphia, PA, Dana Long of Clayton, NJ, Nicole Pierce, Jennifer and Tiffany Love all of Woodbury, NJ, Sonya Walls of Camden, NJ, Shanay Walls of Sicklerville, NJ; four brothers: Darnell (Yolanda) Demby, Lamont and Lance Love all of Woodbury, NJ, Dwayne Walls of Camden, NJ; his grandchildren: Braylen and Kaelyn "Little Mamma" Jackson both of Richmond, VA; and a god sister, Janel Gaines of Clayton, NJ. 
 
Family will receive friends on Friday, July 12, 2019, 9:30 am until 11 am with funeral services starting at 11 am at Faith Christian Church, 6472 Duhollow Road, Warrenton, VA, 20187.  Dr. Decker H. Tapscott, Sr. will deliver the eulogy.
 
Interment with military honors will be in Culpeper National Cemetery, Culpeper, VA.
